This Privacy Policy explains how Daniel McGrail-Granger ("I," "me"), a Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS #920614) sponsored by Lumin Lending, Inc. (NMLS #2716106), collects and uses information through this website, grangermortgage.com (the "Site"). It applies to information collected on the Site. Information you submit to begin or complete a mortgage loan application is handled in accordance with Lumin Lending's privacy notice and federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) practices, described below.

Information I collect

Information you provide: your name, email, phone number, and any details you share when you contact me, request a consultation, schedule a call, or begin an application.
Information collected automatically: standard web and analytics data such as IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, referring source, and interactions, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see below).

How I use information

To respond to your inquiries and provide mortgage brokerage services through Lumin Lending.
To process and support a loan application you choose to begin.
To improve the Site and understand how visitors use it.
To send you information or follow-ups you have requested or consented to receive.

Cookies & analytics

The Site may use cookies and analytics/advertising technologies, such as Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to measure traffic and the performance of advertising. These tools may collect usage data as described in their own privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; you may also opt out of Google Analytics via the Google Analytics opt-out.

How I share information

With Lumin Lending, Inc., my sponsoring brokerage, to provide services to you.
With service providers (e.g., scheduling, CRM, application, and analytics providers) that support these services.
With lenders and settlement-service providers as needed to process a loan you apply for.
As required by law or to comply with legal process.

I do not sell your personal information.

Financial privacy (GLBA)

Nonpublic personal financial information you provide as part of a mortgage application is protected under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and is governed by Lumin Lending, Inc.'s privacy notice, which is provided to you in connection with your application. That notice describes what financial information is collected, how it is used and shared, and your right to limit certain sharing.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing. To make a request, contact me using the details below. I will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Note that information subject to the GLBA may be exempt from certain CCPA/CPRA requirements.

Calls & text messages

If you provide your phone number and consent, I may contact you by call or text about your inquiry or application. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or by asking me to stop contacting you.

Data security

I use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest version.
